I stopped cold turkey last week and it is really beginning to make me feel crappy now. My mate keeps telling me I won’t keep going but I’m so determined on this I can. Today I started getting aches and pains in my tummy and I really am craving a drag. I cannot give up since I am doing this for my little ones. I’m blessed to have the electronic cigarette. It has been very helpful if you ask me.

I have not had a cigarette in 6 years. The hardest part about kicking the habit will be starting few days. Luckily that those effects didn’t last and things got easier daily as a result of the ecig. You shouldn’t quit. Just simply keep at it and you should be able to be smoke-free once and for all.

Almost all that is on my mind is smokes. I don’t need to smoke and if someone offered a smoke right now, I will have to decline. I feel I’m in a pretty poor state of mind and have been having trouble getting to sleep but yet I recognize I will need to be healthy. The e cigarettes may make it easier in the long run.

Virtually all I can think about is tobacco. I really don't need to smoke and if perhaps somebody offered a cigarette right now, I'd have to decline. I feel I'm in a really terrible mental condition and have had trouble attempting to sleep yet I know I have got to be strong. The e cig may help me out in the long run.
